Ready to order your Rocketbook? Here’s the scoop on shipping and returns. 

SHIPPING

In the United States, we use UPS Mail Innovations or USPS standard shipping, depending on location. International shipping services vary by location and will be shown upon checkout.

U.S. orders $45+ (after any promos or credits) include free economy shipping (8-12 business days). We also offer expedited UPS 3-day shipping and next-day delivery (order must be placed by 11:30 a.m. ET).

Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days. We don’t process orders on weekends or recognized holidays. All arrival times are estimates and are subject to change. Track your order here.

For non-US orders made on getrocketbook.com, there may be additional brokerage fees or surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. In addition, your government may charge you for receiving goods from the U.S. depending on their policies. Please review your country’s import laws and fees before placing your order as we cannot cover these additional fees or provide inaccurate customs forms to avoid them. We also cannot issue a refund for shipments that are lost, abandoned, or refused due to unpaid local taxes/duties. Please be aware that orders can be delayed due to verification or the time of the order being placed and may be delivered in separate shipments.

RETURNS

Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. That’s why we provide free returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Returns may require a restocking fee at our discretion. Returns are processed within one business day from the date the return is received. To begin a return, visit our returns page. 

Products that have been damaged through standard use or regular wear and tear are not eligible to be returned or replaced. If a product is defective or damaged in shipment, we may provide a replacement as determined on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at hello@getrocketbook.com to inquire further.

Holiday Returns
Orders placed between 11/13/23 and 12/24/23 will be eligible for return until January 15th, 2024.
